J.C. Hart Live the Life Video Contest Winners!!!

It's official! The judges have voted and determined the winners for the J.C. Hart Live the Life Video Contest. We'd like to again thank all of our entrants for taking the time to arrange and submit your videos. It has been a thrill to watch and follow the contest, and it is amazing to have had such a great response. Over the past few months the J.C. Hart Company and our communities have started to become known as the "fun" place to live with the "fun" videos. We're so glad you have shared your enjoyment of your communities. We can't thank you enough.

Before we announce the prize winners we'd like to recognize a contestant that made this contest even more special. Ron & Kili have been an inspiration. The story Ron shared with us through this contest and his video touched so many and spread across the internet more than any other. His story allowed him to reconnect with old friends, helped our little contest to spread to 37 countries, and gave us an outlook on life that we should all be fortunate enough to have. While Ron & Kili did not win a contest prize, Mr. Hart and the J.C. Hart family of associates would like to award them a special Presidential Award for taking the time to share their story and love for their Bayshore apartment home. We can't thank you enough.

Best Use of Audio: Whether you are a hip-hop/rap music fan or not, this tune gets you bobbin' your head. We never thought someone would enter an original rap song for the contest, and this was a great effort. We love it, we love it, we love it, love it, love it! Best Decorated Apartment: While the other nominees gave us glimpses of their nicely decorated homes, Jamie M's grand tour video helped her to win the majority of the votes. Her video gave us the most glimpses into what it's like to make her Gateway Crossing Apartment, "Home." Congratulations Jamie M., JBMERS: Live the Life - J.C. Hart video contest. Most Original/Creative Concept: 800 Stills!!! Seriously!?!? What an amazing concept for stop-motion video and extremely creative. Kyle M. swept the voting in this category both online and with the final judges. Congratulations Kylelcore: JC Hart Video Contest – Bayshore!! He's won a brand new HD Sony Video Camera. (Sorry, we know you need a new computer, but maybe someone will be willing to trade?)

Best Video Production: This came down to one vote deciding the winner. As one of the early entrants in the contest, Jared E. received many complements early on and inspired a number of entries that came in later. The details included in the video explaining why Linden Square is a great place to live were extremely well arranged, he wrote an original score, and he did the video in HD. Funniest Video: This was one of the more viral videos of the contest and a favorite in the online voting for a few categories. Even people that have not seen VH1 Behind the Music or MTV Cribs appreciated the comedy behind this video. The commercial in the middle was funny in its own right as well. For making us laugh time and time again we congratulate Matt M., theneck20: JC Hart Video Contest: Ratman. He's won a 40" Samsung HDTV.

Best Overall Video: The winner for best overall video won by just 1 vote with Mr. Hart casting the winning vote himself. With an original score, a creative and original concept, and a video that truly spoke to the message for "Why I Love My J.C. Hart Apartment Community or Apartment" we'd like to congratulate Vanessa Robles and Tricia Allen for their "Live the Life High" video. Or, as we like to call it, the "It's a place to be me!" video. Fantastic job! They've won Free Rent for a Year!
